Check the Request Before Taking a Photo
Read the current list of accepted documents and any file requirements. Confirm the document has not expired and compare the name and birth details with your XX9 profile.
Name order and spelling can matter where the form asks for an exact match. Resolve a profile error through the correction process. Do not borrow another person's document or edit an image to make it agree.
- Use the document type requested for this review.
- Check whether both sides are required.
Make the Whole Document Legible
Use a plain surface with steady, even light. Fit every edge inside the frame and move the light or camera if glare covers the portrait or printed details.
Open the photo at full size before submitting. If the text is blurred, clean the lens and take another picture. Filters and excessive compression can remove information the reviewer needs, even when the smaller preview looks acceptable.
- Avoid flash reflections and heavy shadows.
- Keep required markings visible without digital retouching.
Keep the Upload Inside the Account
Reach verification from the official XX9 entry page after signing in. An unsolicited social message requesting documents is not a substitute for that route.
Once the upload succeeds, retain its acknowledgement and review estimate. Check the status instead of sending the same file again. A duplicate may complicate the record while the original submission is still being examined.
- Note the submission reference and date.
- Use only an explicitly verified channel for sensitive files.
Correct the Reported Problem
Read a rejection message literally. An expired document needs replacement, an unreadable photo needs another capture, and a profile mismatch needs the appropriate account correction.
If the reason is too vague, ask support what must change and quote the case reference. Start with the error wording; do not attach identity images to an address whose role you have not verified.
- Keep the earlier notice for comparison.
- Resubmit only the evidence requested by the review.
