Start With the Conditions Panel
Expand the offer inside your account. Find when it opens, when it closes and what counts towards completion. Pay attention to the timezone: a date without its closing hour can be misleading.
Save that expanded view while it is available. Include the offer name and the rules, since a picture of the banner alone will not explain what you accepted.
- Check whether joining is a separate action.
- Keep the offer reference beside your screenshot.
Why a Friend Sees Something Different
An offer can be limited to a region, membership level, account age or invitation list. Verification status and previous participation may also matter. Seeing it on another phone tells you little about your own eligibility.
Read the exclusions as carefully as the entry conditions. If you are outside the stated group, repeating an activity will not make it qualify retrospectively.
- Look for restrictions on returning participants.
- Use the terms displayed for your own profile.
Make Sure Participation Has Started
Some offers are applied automatically; others need a deliberate join or claim action. Where activation is required, wait for acknowledgement before starting the qualifying task.
A slow progress counter is not proof that nothing happened. Look in activity history and allow the update period given in the rules. Another submission can leave you with duplicate actions and the same unanswered question.
- Record the activation time.
- Refresh once before checking the history entry.
Compare the Result With What Was Promised
If an extra is missing, follow the sequence from the beginning: eligibility, activation, qualifying activity, deadline and delivery window. This often reveals exactly where the result stopped matching your expectation.
When those details agree, send support the offer reference, relevant history entry and a short explanation of the difference. Crop private information out of screenshots; passwords and sign-in codes have no place in that report.
- Check for a published service delay.
- Keep replies together under one ticket.
