Find What Created the Reward
The source could be an event, a membership feature, a referral campaign or a notice addressed to your account. Open that source from your own signed-in XX9 profile.
An image sent by another user is not evidence that the same extra belongs to you. Look for the invitation, qualifying period and account requirements in the version actually shown to your profile.
- Keep the reward name with its campaign or event reference.
- Check whether participation needs an invitation.
Confirm That Tracking Has Started
Some features track qualifying activity automatically. Others require joining or activating first, so look for an acknowledgement before beginning the named task.
Use the official progress display instead of adding actions from memory. Where a reward depends on an event, a provisional table may not yet establish qualification. The required result must reach the status described in the rules.
- Preserve the activation time where applicable.
- Check which activity the counter is measuring.
Read the Status Before Calling It Missing
Pending, approved and credited indicate different stages. A successful qualifying action can still await review or the scheduled delivery period.
Compare the reward screen with account history and find the matching reference. During the stated processing window, record the status and wait. Once that window passes, the same evidence lets you ask about a specific delay rather than an unexplained total.
- Record the delivery estimate as well as the earning deadline.
- Save the entry that confirms the final credit.
Check the Rules at the Point of Use
Read which games, items or account actions accept the reward. Minimums, caps, balance priority and expiry can still apply after it has been credited.
Before confirming, review the amount that will be used and the category it will come from. If the reward later disappears, check history for a deduction and compare the expiry time before assuming it was removed incorrectly.
- Keep the usage receipt until balances agree.
- Do not choose unwanted activity merely to use an expiring extra.
Ask When Membership or Rank Is Measured
A membership campaign may assess your tier when the activity closes rather than when its card first appears. Read whether verification, renewal or a minimum membership period also applies.
Similarly, an event reward can depend on corrections, tie-breaks and eligibility reviews before standings become final. An early position is not a settled entitlement.
If your tier changes during the campaign, retain the earlier offer and the later account status. Ask which measurement point the conditions specify instead of choosing whichever screen gives the larger result.
- Record the relevant eligibility date.
- Keep final standings with the corresponding reward terms.
Keep One Record Until the Process Ends
A short note can hold the source, activation, progress location, delivery estimate, restrictions and expiry. Add references as each stage finishes so the sequence stays understandable.
When the reward screen and history agree, close the entry. If they do not, send that timeline with the particular stage you are questioning. The record should explain the difference without a collection of unrelated screenshots.
After resolution, remove copies containing unnecessary personal information. Retain the non-sensitive confirmation and ticket reference if you may need to refer to the case later.
- Keep each reward separate from similar campaigns.
- Replace an active reminder with the final outcome.
